Just a quick story,
I don't know if I was so excited to have Cassandra, or felt like I should test what kind of limits a team member had, because instead of assigning Cassandra the standard number of posts, I put her on almost every post. She was such a trooper. She asked once if I made a mistake and I said no, these are the ones I want you to do. Then she mentioned it again in September when I assigned her 3 posts for the month. As I looked at it, I had added her to almost all of them. I am so glad she embraced the challenge and patiently pointed out to me what was happening, but never quit. Instead she lent a hand, offered some assistance on fixing the schedule while updating the challenge blog templates to make them faster and easier to fill in. Cass has become a very key team member to Emerald Creek and for me personally. I hope we can make her feel valued and appreciated, so she continues to inspire all of us.

Cassie, Thank you for everything you have done since you started. As I re-visited each of these creations, I am in awe of all you have done. You really helped put a focus on the Emerald Creek products, while introducing flairs of creativity. I am so excited to have you and I am curious to see what you do with the new release products for January. These challenges and posts are better because of you and I can't say enough. I am excited you will be at CHA and accepted the challenge to teach classes on the floor for me.
So much love and admiration for who you are, Sincerely Kim.
Kim, I can't thank you enough for your kind and encouraging words. It has been an exciting ride and I look forward to the coming adventures this upcoming year. :)
